    The thread that binds Bayleys together is family – both directly and as a value system. Bayleys was founded in 1973 by Pam, Graham and, John Bayley from their family home in Pakuranga, South Auckland. All of the late Pam and Graham’s children remain active in the business today along with seven grandchildren, making this a truly inter-generational family firm.
